LATE FEES AND DISCONNECTS FOR NON-PAYMENT

Rose Hill SUD is dedicated to the health, wellness and safety of our customers and staff. We are constantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation to ensure we are taking all necessary proactive measures and following the guidelines outlined by all federal and state agencies. COVID-19 is not present in drinking water supplies and remains safe to drink and use for cooking and maintaining personal hygiene.
Water is essential to life, and in helping to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Therefore Rose Hill SUD is committed to making sure all of our customers have unrestricted access to water at all times. We also want to help as many people as possible during these times of uncertainity. This mean that until June 1, 2020 we will waive late fees and not disconnect service due to financial circumstances associated with COVID-19. Customers will still be required to pay their monthly bill. We encourage all customers to stay home, stay safe and help stop the spread of COVID-19 by utilizing our electronic bill pay methods. Credit/Debit cards and eChecks are accepted via your online website portal and through our automated phone system. We also offer automatic bank draft for the easiest way to make your payments.
