Rose Hill SUD Partners with Nexbillpay for New Online Customer Portal
Rose Hill Special Utility District is excited to announce our partnership with Nexbillpay to launch a brand-new online portal designed to make managing your utility accounts easier and more convenient. With enhanced features and a streamlined user experience, our new portal will allow you to manage your bill, payment, and usage accounts all in one place with a single sign-on!
The new online platform will offer the following features:
- View your payment history
- Access and view your bill online
- Enroll in email or text bill notifications
- Sign up for paperless billing
- Store credit/debit card information for quicker payments
- Make payments to your account
- Set up Autopay or Text-to-Pay
- Monitor your water usage and set up custom usage alerts in the GetMyMeter application by simply clicking the consumption option in the Nexbillpay portal.
Our new self-service portal offers much more than just payment options. We encourage all customers, even those who do not plan to make payments online, to create a profile and take full advantage of the enhanced features.
Important Dates:
- May 1, 2025: The current online portal will be taken offline, and online payments will be suspended during this time.
- May 2, 2025: The new online customer portal will go live, and online payment processing will resume. All customers will need to create a new profile using the account number information on your bill. If you were previously enrolled in Autopay or Text-to-Pay, you will need to re-enroll through the new portal.
To create your new online account starting May 2, 2025:
- Visit our website at https://www.rhsud.com/
- Click on the "Payment Options" tab, then select "View/Pay My Bill"
- Click on "Sign Up Now!" and follow the prompts to create your new account.
